Club Point updates

Hello team. We had really productive week, we accomplished 2 but extremely important things we have been devoting time during whole week: 1. We have accomplished cart refactoring for CP projects. Video overview: Questions and answers: Is it done 100%? No, there still exist defects fixes for which will be provided during next week; Victoria did several cycles of tests and continues worry hard in order our update work perfect on different browsers and devices. Is it live? Yes, it is live on TEST server,   http://dev.clubpoint.com Can I try it? Yes, you can and we encourage you to try new cart yourself. If you find any defect, please let us know, and we will provide fix. When will it  be live? Firstly we will move it to COM, and if it is OK, we will move it after to CL. Hello, team, this week we have been working hard on stage 0 of re-design, which is related to refactoring of cart and profile pages. Let's see results: 1. Accomplished desktop cart refactoring. Dima did really great job, and now we have NEW cart, which is: More optimized in terms of development; Has much faster load time; Before this important step developers were maintaining 2 codes - one old slow code, and new fast one. With new cart there will be LESS old code, and as result better maintenance possibilities. Video: 1. Accomplished profile refactoring, pages of credits and orders. Yura has accomplished 2 more important parts of refactoring, they are related to profile page, sections of orders and credits. Those parts helped us: One more step to move all functionality of CP to new faster executing code; Profile is loading much faster, better user experience; After profile and cart refactored we will be able to start with new designs.
