Updates 16-20 April

Hello team, during last week we have been working on following features: Enhancements for "dias de stock" export During last week new enhancements were applied for "Dias de stock export". From now on, we take dias de stock for all available stock, not only for products that have at least 1 order. We hope this enhancement will make exports be what you need and expect. Epic, DISPLAY EXPORTS IN BROWSERS! I have really great news to share with, we rolled out first version of loading exports just in your browser! You can try that out yourself by visiting offline stores admin panel. Some key features that were implemented: Data gets loaded automatically, all you need to do is just select type of file and dates; We believe that could take really long minutes to wait report 1 year long. Updates 2-6 April

Hello team, the working week has ended, and during last week the following updates were applied Enhancements for report "Dias de stock" The following issues were implemented: Better naming for tabs in .csv file; New way of taking prices, from new one .csv import; Horizontal layout of data in tab; Correct formula for dias de stock, based on selected time range. Hello team, during last week we have been working on following issues: Bomer project went live. I am really excited to note that Bomer project was successfully started. That stage was followed with following issues: Move bomer domain name to our account, as it turned out that case was most difficult; Setup server with bomer project; Final tests, waiting DNS propagation to finish. Congratulations to all, visit new site ! Work on new export file generation New file serves a purpose of understanding: How much of each stock was sold; How much of each stock is remaining; How many days we are expected to sold out all available stock. Updates 18-23 March

Hello, during last week we have been working on following enhancements: New reports sales per sellers. During last week was accomplished task of new export, per seller. Key features: View performance of each seller in shop; Compare key data to other stores. Note, due to znube reports being updated for 2 day, max soon date available is today - 2 days, otherwise data shown in reports will not be ok. 2. Live server PHP version was updated These are really great news, and here is why: Newer version allows to use latest features of PHP; Newer version allow to use more recent libraries in project; From now on, offline stores admin panel new features development gets more comfortable as it was before; All Mongo database errors were resolved. 3. Updates 12-16 March

Hello team, during last week the following updates were applied: Update zNube files possibility in admin panel This feature is part of auto update functionality. At present moment it can be at http://54.243.214.179/admin/app/storeorderproduct/convert , and it gives possibility to upload following files: All orders information file from zNube, All orders payment information file from zNuber. This is look of chapter after successful file upload: New site clone launch preparations were accomplished The following points were accomplished: Launch new small instance, where project will be applied; Roll out CP new empty project in instance; Set auth credentials for new project. New project can be accessed at  http://34.205.68.53/   Server optimization: remove cyberday instances and cyberday volumes Cyberday instances were successfully removed, that means from now on we will pay even more for instances usage. Updates 5-9 March

Hello team, during last week the following updates have been done. Amazon AWS expenses further optimization During last week AWS volumes which were out of use were deleted, and it had greatly influenced expenses reduction. During this week 2 more enhancements should be done: Removal of instances and volumes related to cyberdays. This should decrease costs really a lot; Removal of instances and volumes related to bigger Clubpoint servers, we used in the past. Filters enhancements for offline stores admin panel We have really good news to share with you - two more filters were added, filter by category and filter by product. Please see short video introduction: Email with statistics offline stores, per vendedor Last week cron job setup was finished related to emails to shops supervisors. Updates 26 February - 2 March

Hello team, updates from recent week below. New additional actions to lower price for CP project hosting During last week the following optimizations were applied in order to reduce payment for hosting: Script that deletes all images which are not stored in database; Mentioned above script ignores images of currently active campaigns; Mentioned script deletes all campaign images and all product images of campaigns that are with id greater than last 50 IDs. These actions helped to reduce greatly project's space used. During this week we expect to perform 2 more actions: Delete all unused volumes in order not to pay for usage of them; Delete all unused snapshots in order not to pay for usage of them. New functionality - filter per store, per seller At present moment it is possible to filter data from offline stores admin panel by sellers, by products. Updates 19-23 February 2018

Hello team, the working week has ended, and during that week we have been working on following updates: Critical defects related to exports of orders in admin panel were resolved  This issue started Monday and was reported as sums of products, amounts of products sold do not coincide if compare zNube with offline stores exports. This information was carefully rechecked and following fixes were provided: We managed to define that zNube sends us not full data in daily reports. Further investigations showed even more tricky behaviour: zNube sends us report, but during next 3 days changes it by adding new information. That made reports not OK. At present moment zNube reports upload from gmail is disabled, as solution double upload of files will be applied, when we upload inclomplete report, and after some time we upload added by zNube new information. Hello team, the working week has ended, and during that week we have been working on following issues: Important updates related MegaTail project The following updates related to MegaTail project were implemented: All texts holders were replaced with OK textual informations; All texts were translated to Ukrainian and Russian languages; Switch language option was added for both desktop and mobile versions of project. File export sales per year was enhanced. The following major things were applied: When downloading file, data for the whole year will be selected; Each month is in a separate tab; Each tab contains data per each store for the month; Each store's sales per day are compared to data from previous year. Hello, team, during last week we have been working on following features: Offline stores admin panel, sync on demand option There could be a moment, when administrator could need urgent update of offline stores database. In order to do this, on demand sync option was added to offline stores admin panel:  By clicking that item, you will get an immediate sync of offline stores DB with znube reports, which we get to out mailbox.  Started new export, sales per year During week we implemented new export, which was called "By price per store and type of payment". This file has following structure: At moment the following modifications are in progress: Add to file tabs per months; File should be counted per year; Add new columns: AC. 16, DIA.16, ACU.17, DIF/ANO As result, new file should be automatic version of Vents 2018 file. Updates 29 January - 2nd February

Hello team! During last week the following updates were implemented: A new project template was applied, in accordance to needs reported by CP team! This week was really important, as we had to apply fast new template with following features: It should contain parallax-related components; It should be responsive; It should contain contact us form; It should contain request a demo form; It should support at least 2 languages. Please find below video of what was developed: The following defects were reviewed: Offline stores exports file contained many duplicated same categories, what is not OK behaviour. Fix was provided; Offline stores datepicker is not selecting day OK, case resolution in progress. Updates 21-26 January

Hello team, let me share with you latest updates that were provided. Moving COM and development servers to one instance  In order to provide cost reduction for our project under condition of low traffic flow the following operations were/to be done: Move DEV server to same instance where COM and CL will be running; Move live project's server to same instance where we have DEV server; As result of these operations we will have only 1 server running instead of 3. In my vision, that should help us reduce expenses; After that it will be also important point to reduce images we are storing on Amazon, as they take enormous space but in real almost all of them are not being used anyway. Hello team, during last week week we have been working on many updates, especially ones related to offline stores admin panel. A much better UI for download files per dates! This week good attention was devoted to making admin panel more usable for administrators. Most attention was related to possibility to download files per dates. The following points were enhanced: All download files types can be select from one select, what simplified chapter really a lot; Added possibility to get quick video-help on how one should use that chapter; Example files were added. Updates 9-12 January 2018

Hello team, the working week has ended, and we have really good news to share about! 1. Huge update on offline stores CMS. This week was really productive in terms of offline stores admin panel updates. The following new features were implemented. At present moment it is possible to upload znube report file and get back processed file. In total 5 types of files can be downloaded by uploading 2 different znube files. This features is not OK in terms of UI, but it now can help administrators be more productive; Right now a new feature was added - a possibility to download converted files from CMS, without uploading znube reports! Some points to remember: For the moment this is still rapidly updating feature, and not all exports types are supported. For the moment 2 of 5 file types can be downloaded, more coming soon! Hello team, happy New Year! Last week we did really important things related to Club Point. 1. We started new admin panel for offline stores. I am really excited to present you new admin panel for offline stores. Some important notes you should know about new admin panel: New admin panel is designed as a separate component, what means it can be easily modified to new stores requirements; New admin panel is designed to be accessible on all popular devices: PCs, tablets, mobile devices; All data lists include sorting per any field, contain filtering. Great news! For the moment it is done only for transactions, but will be populated to other data lists too; It is possible to upload znube files and get them automatically converted to files CP administrators need.
