Updates 31th of August - 4th of September

Hello team, we are glad to announce following updates we applied to Club Point projects:

1. Big update on devolucion/cambios processes

Today we rolled out big update on devolucion and cambios processes. I would like you to have general overview on that.
For cambios process, the logic is following:
  • When we set cambios, we choose product A that will be "removed" from the ones user ordered, and then we choose product B, that will be sent back to the user;
  • We can exhange one product to many;
  • We can exchange many products to one;
  • When we set exchange, product becomes cambios pendiente;
  • When administrator receives product, we set for new product status cambios;
  • When product is received, we automatically compansate to user difference via credits under condition new product costs less than the one user returns;
  • Whne product is received, we automatically add it to stock.
I want to share that experience with you:


For cambios process, the logic is following:
  • When administrator clicks to set return, we prompt him to choose products he want to set for devolucion;
  • For every product administrator can point what type of return we perform: via credits or via real money;
  • Impossible to set devolucion for a product that is cambios pending;
  • After we set devolucion, products beocme devolucion pending. Pending means we await user to send them to us;
  • After we received product, we should mark this in CMS;
  • After marking it in CMS system will return credits (under condition it was devolucion via credits) and will remove pending status;
  • And we manahged to do devolcuion easy way!

2. We have been working hard on defects fixes for cart optimized code.

Issues resolved:
  • CLUB-460. No top message when buy with empty inputs;
  • CLUB-461. When cart time goes to 0, strange 0:38 appears before to go to sales.
  • CLUB-462. Credits input defect
  • Also we did daily meetings with functionality review. On daily basis we provide defects for fixing, and next day we do new cycle of tests. Why do we do so? We need to be sure as much as possible that cart is defects free.

Updates 14-19 August

Hello team, during last week we have been working on following issues: 1. We finished r unning new cycles of tests for CP and DJ with objective of having both projects ready to be switched by end of week. Task was successfully accomplished. Updates 11th of April - 15th of April

Hello team, the working week comes to an end, and we want to report on issues we have been working on during week: 1. ShipNow integration for Club Point Argentina. During whole week we have beed fighting for intgeration of ShipNow for Argentina. We have following good news: We have been leading active communication with support of ShipNow in order to get answers related processes of product creation and stock management. Good news are we have resolved all unclear points. We have accomplished full cycle, the only thing currntly missing is reverse logistica. Please see video overview of ShipNow integration: 2.
