Updates 16th of November - 20th of November

Hello team. This week we have been working hard on following functionality:

1. Resolve API issue with Emarsys

Nicolas has reported us that at moment no new users are being added to segment we send email to. We have rechecked that case, and resolved that that is true, new users are not getting into segment we use for sending emails. The following actions resolved problem:

  • We added missing parameter, which defines required segment;
  • We implemented script which grabs users from our DB and checks if those users are in required segment. If they are > we continue with next email. If they are not > we update missing parameter on Emarsys to synchronize both databases.
  • As a result we returned older missing users that are not in segment and allowed all new users to be added to that segment.

2. We have resolved CLUB-537: "Group by Supplier" instead of "Group by campaigns"

We have applied following filter for parcels management chapter, tab 1. At moment that functionality is on stage of testing, but next week we are intended to roll it out. In then meanwhile I would like to share with you that video introduction:

3. show no_pass in statistics of register

Previously we were not able to see registrations from url that containg redirect=no_pass in url. This week we have successfully resolved that case, and now all special users are being displayed in statistics of register. Next image proves it:

4. We have successfully resolved CLUB-455.

Inverse Control from OCA case was successfully resolved. How it works:
  • We run script for OCA update. When we meet status "No retirado en Origen" - we should immidiately mark that parcel as not taken by OCA from Club Point!
  • Query is being sent to OCA. We receive answer on successful generation of parcel. We store that time. If 24 hours passed and status of parcel remains En proceso de Retiro - we should immidiately mark that parcel as not taken by OCA from Club Point!

5. We have resolved task CLUB-522

That task is related to label RE-generation for parcels. At moment administrator could do it only once. We have  implemented possibility to re-generate labels. Please review video below for better understanding:

Updates 14-19 August

Hello team, during last week we have been working on following issues: 1. We finished r unning new cycles of tests for CP and DJ with objective of having both projects ready to be switched by end of week. Task was successfully accomplished. Updates 11th of April - 15th of April

Hello team, the working week comes to an end, and we want to report on issues we have been working on during week: 1. ShipNow integration for Club Point Argentina. During whole week we have beed fighting for intgeration of ShipNow for Argentina. We have following good news: We have been leading active communication with support of ShipNow in order to get answers related processes of product creation and stock management. Good news are we have resolved all unclear points. We have accomplished full cycle, the only thing currntly missing is reverse logistica. Please see video overview of ShipNow integration: 2.
