Hello Club Point team members. We are glad to share with you following cool features we have implemented recent days:
We have completed development of functionality which will allow USER initiate process of return of product.
The flow of the process if following:
- User contacts support of Club Point;
- Administrator of Club Point ENABLES possibility to initiate return for some certain order;
- User fills data that is required in his profile;
- Administrator confirms and takes care on process of return of money.

At moment this functionality is on stage of tests, but soon we will go live with it.
We have accomplished development of solution for CLUB-754
Change ¨Contracargos¨ -- chargebacks -- in MercadoPago as Devolucion del Importe or create a new status. The flow is following:
- If user asks for return of money to MercadoPago and PRODUCTS OF ORDER are sent, we show special label for that order;
- All orders with such problem are displayed oin top block on page with list of orders;
- After review of order administrator is able to un-mark resolved case as problematic.

Other issues resolved:
- CLUB-774 was successfully accomplished, is now live.
- CLUB-734 is done for CL, live.
