Hello team! The working week has ended, and we are glad to announce following enhancements we have been working on:
ShipNow important updates were applied.
We have been working hard in order to make ShipNow integration more stable in points of devolucion, cambios, duplicated orders absence. At moment we have 100% finished development and testing. After your team will review and approve all changes, we will go live with that functionality. At moment I suggest you to review video and give your feedback:
We have successfully resolved CHD-72
At moment you should know following about new flow:
- Given that parcel has NO external id. When doing file upload, we will successfully save new ID;
- Given that parcel has external ID but has NO courier status, and administrator upload new external ID. We will ask administrator for action: update or not new status.
- Given that we have external ID and STATUS FROM CORREOS. This means parcel is processed by Correos. When uploading file, we will NOT allow to save new external ID, as we understand it as mistake by administrator.

We have successfully completed new flow for devolucion.
The following updates were applied:
- When allowing user to initiate devolucion, we ask for Zendesk ticket id;
- If parcel was not sent, we allow administrator to perform change from devolucion pending to devolucion.
- If parcel WAS sent, we DON'T allow administrator to perform change from devolucion pending to devolucion until parcel from user will be received.
